The practical set comprises two knives and a double sheath: a strong, sharp and durable HVK utility knife and a reliable STK chisel knife with a V-ground blade.
The versatile HVK craftsman's knife is made from Japanese knife steel, i.e. carbon steel. Its 2.5 mm-thick blade is hardened to 58-60 HRC. The blade is sharpened in several stages and finally honed on a leather strop. The handle, made from robust PP plastic, is exceptionally durable and impact-resistant.
The robust STK chisel knife is designed for demanding working conditions and has a 3 mm-thick blade. The V-ground blade is made from Japanese knife steel, i.e. carbon steel. Its cutting edge is sharpened at two different angles and finally honed on a leather strop. The PP plastic handle is exceptionally strong and impact-resistant.
The practical double sheath keeps two excellent tools close to hand at all times. Developed together with Snickers Workwear's trouser designers, a discreet button on the trousers provides a clever attachment point for the sturdy PP plastic knife sheath. The knives are always within reach without getting in the way when not needed.
