COFRA Yoga Grey S3 SRC safety ankle boots
These sporty, breathable and water-repellent safety ankle boots suit people who value comfort, quality and recycling. The uppers combine water-repellent ecological PET fabric (60%) with high-quality leather. The higher-cut boots fit comfortably and give the ankles extra support. Features include a fibreglass safety toe cap, a puncture-resistant textile midsole and an outsole with excellent grip and load distribution.
The inner lining is made from durable 3D DRYFRESH polyester fabric, which is breathable and absorbs and wicks away moisture. The scented SALUS insole with ventilation holes is moulded from antistatic (ESD) polyurethane foam and adapts to individual needs. It provides appropriate support at every contact point throughout the working day. Underfoot, the material creates a cushioning effect, without affecting the wearer’s posture when walking or adopting different positions.
A rigid yet comfortable support between the heel and sole supports and protects the foot, preventing harmful bending and/or twisting of the foot (ANTI TORSION).
The footwear is entirely metal-free. The lightweight fibreglass safety toe cap is slim but highly resistant (200J), thermally insulating, non-magnetic, compact and light (only 60g compared with 90g for a steel toe cap).
The Zero Perforation penetration-resistant (P) polyethylene insole plate is made from exceptional PEP material (almost entirely recycled fabric). It provides 100% protection and is also antistatic (A), lighter still (55% lighter than other textile plates), more flexible and softer. Its cellular structure also provides exceptional thermal insulation.
The wide, sporty sole promotes overall comfort through three rings made from a special flexible material that support the heel and forefoot. These three support points adapt to each wearer's weight and absorb loads as needed. The innovative polyurethane sole developed in Cofra's laboratories is lighter and more comfortable still.
The entire perimeter of the outsole also has a sawtooth-like pattern that provides excellent stability. A dense tread pattern promotes grip and flexibility and is designed to help dirt release naturally from the sole.
The safety shoes have excellent slip resistance (SRC); the sole also withstands heat (HRO) and various oils and chemicals (FO).
