Sporty, lightweight and comfortable

These sporty-looking safety ankle boots combine the protection, durability and support required of work footwear with the appearance and comfort of casual sports shoes.

Their lightweight construction and carefully selected materials and technologies help reduce strain on the feet even during long workdays. The result is a safety boot that looks and feels more like sporty casual footwear.

Comfort is enhanced by a breathable upper, moisture-managing lining and a soft, shock-absorbing insole. The boots are ideal for environments involving constant movement and prolonged stress on the feet. The sporty design and practical features help you work with less fatigue.

Nitrogenium sole technology

These boots feature innovative Nitrogenium sole technology. During manufacture, the sole material is expanded using supercritical nitrogen, producing a sole that combines durability, flexibility and low weight.

The sole maintains its shape and properties even during prolonged intensive use. Its elastic material absorbs impacts and returns energy, helping reduce fatigue when working on hard surfaces. At the same time, the boot is considerably lighter than conventional designs without compromising durability or protection.

The outsole combines Supercritical Foam and nitrile rubber. The nitrile section withstands heat up to +300 °C during one minute of contact (HRO 300 °C).

The sole has low electrical resistance and the footwear offers ESD properties.

Boa® quick fastening

The Boa® Fit System makes fastening fast, precise and comfortable. It consists of a micro-adjustable dial, a strong lightweight lace and abrasion-resistant guides.

The dial allows fine incremental adjustments to the fit. The lightweight yet exceptionally strong lace ensures reliability, while the guides allow smooth movement every time.

Boa® provides a consistent, personalised fit throughout the working day. The system has been tested in dust, sand and dirt.

The Boa® fastening system is warranted for the lifetime of the footwear.

Microfibre uppers

The upper is made from water-repellent, suede-like microfibre. This helps reduce moisture absorption when the footwear is exposed to damp working conditions.

OXY-LINER lining and Light Foam ESD insole

The lining uses OXY-LINER polyester fabric, a three-dimensional breathable material that absorbs and releases moisture. This helps keep feet drier and reduces discomfort during intensive work or prolonged wear.

The lining offers good abrasion resistance, making it suitable for everyday work footwear used under demanding conditions.

The Light Foam ESD insole is made from exceptionally soft, comfortable scented polyurethane foam. Its low electrical resistance makes it suitable for ESD footwear.

The perforated, anatomically shaped insole supports the arch of the foot. Its abrasion-resistant fabric cover absorbs moisture, helping keep feet dry. It provides cushioning and comfort, particularly when working on hard floors or wearing the boots all day.

Fibreglass toe cap and textile puncture protection

The Fiberclass Cap fibreglass toe cap withstands an impact of 200 J. It has excellent mechanical properties under both impact and static loads.

The toe cap is non-magnetic, insulating and thinner than conventional alternatives. It is also lighter than a steel toe cap, weighing 60 g compared with 90 g for a steel version.

The upper material around the toe has additional reinforcement.

A puncture-resistant FPT midsole made from tough, lightweight and flexible textile protects the foot against sharp objects underfoot.

Wide fit

The width is 10.5 Mondopoint for sizes 38–39 and 11 Mondopoint for sizes 40–48.
