Warm and soft merino wool

Logo Motion socks contain as much as 62% high-quality merino wool, providing excellent warmth, breathability and moisture regulation.

One of merino wool’s most valuable properties is its natural temperature regulation – it helps keep your feet warm in cold weather and reduces the risk of overheating when you are active. Wool fibres can absorb and retain a considerable amount of moisture without immediately feeling wet. This keeps your feet dry for longer.

Unlike many other materials, merino wool retains its insulating properties even when damp. This is important during long working days, hikes and other situations where your feet may sweat or get wet.

Merino wool also helps reduce unpleasant odours. Thanks to wool’s natural odour-inhibiting properties, the socks stay fresh for longer and do not necessarily need washing after every wear.

Technical knit structure and an excellent fit

The carefully considered construction of Logo Motion socks combines two different knit structures that complement each other to provide an excellent fit, warmth and breathability.

Woolpower’s special Ullfrotté Original wool terry knit is used underfoot, over the toes and around the heel. Its soft, airy loop structure creates an insulating layer of air around your foot and provides extra cushioning in the areas that bear the greatest load when you walk.

A stretchy, smooth knit is used over the top of the foot and around the leg, following the shape of your foot and leg to keep the sock securely in place. The thinner knit structure over the top of the foot also promotes airflow and helps excess heat escape.

The smooth transition between the different knits ensures the sock fits comfortably around your foot without slipping down or forming uncomfortable folds.

Durable and comfortable

Logo Motion socks are designed to withstand intensive everyday use while retaining their comfort and excellent fit.

The 62% merino wool is blended with 35% polyamide to increase the socks’ resistance to abrasion and friction. The 3% elastane provides the stretch they need and helps them retain their original shape even after repeated wear and washing.

The thicker wool terry knit at the heel and toe provides extra cushioning and helps reduce pressure and friction on your feet. The result is durable, soft and comfortable socks that are also ideal for long working days.

Help reduce the risk of blisters

Blisters often develop when socks shift inside your footwear, bunch up or repeatedly rub against your skin.

The knit structure and elasticated sections of Logo Motion socks support an anatomical fit, keeping the socks securely around your feet and reducing shifting and bunching.

The soft wool terry at the heel and toe helps cushion pressure on your feet and reduce friction. Combined with merino wool’s effective moisture regulation, this helps reduce the risk of blisters and improve comfort even during prolonged activity.

Made in Sweden

Woolpower socks and clothing are made in the company’s own factory in Östersund, Sweden. The entire production process takes place there, from knitting to finishing the products.

Local production gives Woolpower direct control over product quality, production conditions and employee well-being, allowing it to maintain high quality standards at every stage of production.

The high-quality merino wool used to make the socks comes from carefully selected and vetted breeders in Argentina’s Patagonia region and Uruguay.

Woolpower uses only mulesing-free merino wool. This means that the sheep raised for their wool are not subjected to this painful surgical procedure.
