BOA® Fit fastening system

The BOA® Fit system provides fast, precise adjustment. It helps achieve a secure, even fit that stays in place during active movement and long working days. With no conventional laces, the footwear is easy to use and can be adjusted quickly whenever necessary.

Durable CORDURA® uppers

The uppers combine microfibre with durable CORDURA® nylon for good abrasion resistance and protection against external wear. The material is designed for demanding working conditions while keeping the footwear lightweight and flexible. A breathable lining made from recycled polyester supports the internal climate and helps keep feet drier.

Dual-density EVA midsole

The dual-density EVA midsole provides effective cushioning and added stability. It helps reduce strain on the feet during long working days and supports comfortable movement on hard surfaces. An OrthoLite® insole, partly made from recycled materials, provides additional comfort and helps manage moisture.

NANO safety toe cap and flexible penetration-resistant insert

The footwear has a NANO safety toe cap and a flexible penetration-resistant insert. Together they protect against potential impacts and sharp objects while retaining flexibility. The protective components are integrated without making the footwear unnecessarily heavy or stiff.

Wide fit

The wide last provides a better fit for wider feet, allowing more natural movement and helping prevent excessive pressure during prolonged wear.

S3S safety class and ESD protection

Solid Gear Sonar Green safety footwear complies with EN ISO 20345:2022 and is classified as S3S. It features slip resistance (SR), resistance to oil and fuel (FO), and heat resistance (HRO).

It also meets the ESD requirements of EN IEC 61340-5-1:2016, making it suitable for workplaces where control of electrostatic discharge is important.
