Water-repellent D’COVER DRY® textile uppers

D’COVER DRY® is a technical microfibre material patented and registered by Dian. This innovative material is mainly used to manufacture specialist work and medical footwear, where hygiene, durability and comfort requirements are particularly high.

The abrasion-resistant, water-repellent fabric provides excellent air circulation, helping to keep feet drier and reduce perspiration.

Breathable D’DRY® lining with heel support

D’DRY® is a patented and registered technical lining fabric developed by Dian. It has been specially designed for professionals who spend long working days on their feet. The material allows air to circulate freely, providing excellent ventilation even during prolonged wear. The lining absorbs moisture and dries quickly. It also helps maintain a stable temperature inside the shoe, preventing the feet from overheating.

Padding around the ankle and heel provides cushioning and support, helping to prevent rubbing and blisters.

Soft insole with activated carbon

Heat-moulded polyurethane-foam insoles conform to the anatomy of the foot and provide stable support. They are designed for maximum comfort and hygiene during prolonged standing or walking.

Activated carbon and an antibacterial treatment, together with breathable upper fabric, bind unpleasant odours and inhibit the growth of bacteria and fungi.

Lightweight EVA-based XL EXTRALIGHT® outsole

Dian XL EXTRALIGHT® EVA is an exceptionally light, innovative outsole material with premium properties, used in professional footwear for healthcare, service and catering. It is based on a special ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) blend developed by the Italian material manufacturer Finproject. The material is up to three times lighter than conventional EVA or other sole materials with similar mechanical properties, reducing fatigue in the feet during long working days.

The material also provides natural shock absorption, cushioning each step and protecting the joints and heels while reducing strain on the lower back.

The closed-cell structure of the material does not absorb water, cleaning agents or other liquids. Closed cells prevent dirt from accumulating and fungi and bacteria from growing within the material.

The outsole design with wide grooves helps liquids flow out of the tread, ensuring excellent grip and slip resistance (SRC).
