These very stylish safety shoes are ESD-marked and are also suitable for use in the electronics industry or other workplaces where footwear with low electrical resistance is required (electrical resistance between 0.75 and 100).

Water-repellent uppers

The water-repellent yet breathable microfibre uppers feature extra reinforcement at the heel and toe to help the shoes maintain their good appearance for longer.

Comfortable BOA® quick fastening

BOA® enhances the safety shoes’ ease of use, durability and safety. It has been tested in the most extreme conditions: water and sand, mud and dust, cold and heat. The strong steel cable consists of 49 extremely fine stainless-steel strands covered by a durable nylon coating.

Putting the shoes on and taking them off is quick and easy. The cable can be tightened with one hand, without removing gloves. BOA® secures the shoes evenly and firmly throughout the working day. Very small adjustment increments allow BOA® tension to be tailored particularly precisely to each foot. BOA® also improves safety: there are no loose laces to catch on anything.

The BOA® quick-fastening system is covered by a warranty for the lifetime of the footwear.

The BOA® fastening system on the COFRA Rumble safety shoes is positioned centrally. In most situations the BOA® position is not important, but in some working environments or postures a BOA® positioned at the side may be inconvenient. On the other hand, a side-mounted BOA® gives additional room for turning the fastening dial.

Durable outsole

The dual-density polyurethane outsoles are slip-resistant (SR) and durable. The outsole is resistant to oils and fuels (FO). It provides good grip on many different surfaces.

Light Foam ESD insole

The Light Foam ESD insole is moulded from exceptionally soft, comfortable polyurethane foam and also has low electrical resistance. The anatomically shaped insole supports the arch of the foot, is covered with abrasion-resistant fabric, absorbs moisture and keeps the foot dry; it provides excellent comfort and shock absorption.

Breathable, moisture-absorbing Sany-Dry® lining

Sany-Dry® is a breathable, abrasion-resistant 3D fabric made from 100% polyester. It wicks moisture away and helps keep feet drier.

Metal-free protective components and wide last

The safety shoes have a fibreglass safety toe cap (200 J) to protect against heavy falling objects. A puncture-resistant FPT midsole made of tough yet lightweight and flexible textile protects the foot against sharp objects on the ground.

The shoes have a comfortable, well-fitting wide last (11 Mondopoint).

COFRA Rumble safety shoes comply with EN ISO 20345:2022+A1:2024

They are also suitable for use in the electronics industry or other workplaces where footwear with low electrical resistance is required (footwear electrical resistance between 0.75 and 100). The insole, puncture-resistant midsole and outsole are all ESD-marked. Also suitable for ATEX environments (Ex).

They comply with EN ISO 20345:2022 and DGUV 112 – 191 (BGR 191): to meet the comfort needs of all workers, COFRA has developed a special insole in collaboration with orthopaedic specialists, suitable also for people with foot disorders and related back complaints.
