These durable, waterproof trousers are made from 2-layer fabric with fully taped seams that ensure the trousers are completely waterproof.

Warm lining with 37.5® technology

The trousers have an insulating lining with 37.5® technology made from recycled Repreve® polyester. It provides excellent warmth while remaining lightweight and allowing good air circulation.

37.5® technology is a dynamic thermoregulation technology designed to help maintain an optimal microclimate between clothing layers. 37.5® technology responds to moisture, because excess moisture can make a person feel both too hot and too cold. Active particles made from volcanic sand are incorporated into the fabric and contain billions of micropores. These particles absorb infrared radiation emitted by the body and convert it into the energy that drives the process.

When there is no moisture and the wearer feels cool and comfortable, the particles retain energy produced by the body to help keep the wearer warm. When moisture appears as perspiration vapour and the wearer gets hot, the particles use this energy to move excess moisture out through the fabric while it is still vapour, before sweat accumulates. The particles distribute the moisture rapidly over a very large fabric surface so that it can evaporate quickly. When the wearer feels cold, stored body heat is released back to help maintain warmth. The active particles remain securely embedded in the fabric throughout the garment’s service life.

High-visibility class 2

Made from high-quality high-visibility fabric with heat-transferred reflective bands, these trousers meet high-visibility class 2.

Thoughtful design

In addition to durability and waterproofing, the carefully considered design ensures an excellent fit. The raised rear waistband protects the back against cold, while a gusset sewn into the crotch increases freedom of movement and improves the fit. The trousers have detachable braces that can be used as needed.

Practical details

The trousers have numerous practical pockets: spacious back pockets, a ruler pocket, a leg pocket with a name-badge holder and windproof and waterproof front pockets for safe storage of valuables. The Cordura®-reinforced kneepad pockets are designed for the KneeGuard™ kneepad system. Long zips at the sides of the legs make the trousers easier to put on, and the leg ends can be securely attached to boots.
