HULTAFORS IV magnetic spirit level, 40 cm

This spirit level with an integrated powerful neodymium magnet is made from durable yet lightweight aluminium. Neodymium magnets have exceptionally high energy density and magnetic holding force. Tough ABS plastic with rounded edges protects both ends.

One side has a V-shaped groove for placing the level on pipes; the other has a millimetre scale starting at the centre and increasing towards both ends.

Sensitivity 10 mm/m, with a permitted tolerance of +/- 0.5 mm/m; when used upside down the tolerance is +/-0.75 mm/m.

The horizontal vial has markings for a 2% slope. The coloured, low-viscosity oil mixture in the vials ensures that the bubble can move freely.
