The rechargeable FENIX HM70R headlamp features a high-capacity 21700 battery that not only delivers a maximum output of 1600 lumens but also provides up to 100 hours of continuous operation in the 30-lumen low mode.
Brightness levels and modes are selected with a large, conveniently placed switch that can also be used with gloves. Functional modes include two neutral-white brightness levels, a red reading light and flashing red light. White, neutral-white and red light options are available. The toughened, ultra-clear glass lens has an anti-reflective coating. A digitally regulated circuit keeps the light output stable.
The lamp contains a Luminus SST40 white LED, an XP-G2 HE neutral-white LED and two 2835 red LEDs.
A concealed USB-C port complements the headlamp’s IP68 dust and water protection and supports fast charging at 2A. A battery-level indicator, intelligent memory and lockout function are also provided.
