These lightweight yet exceptionally durable safety boots have water-repellent uppers made from silicone-printed fabric and provide excellent comfort. Their Memory Plus ESD insoles adapt to the shape of the foot, while the functional lining dries quickly and wicks away moisture; the innovative BOA® fastening system adds convenience. An aluminium toe cap and an APT puncture-resistant midsole, which even a 3 mm nail cannot penetrate, provide additional protection. The lightweight, flexible PU/TPU outsole is designed to promote foot health.
COFRA next-generation safety boots exceed even the most demanding worker’s expectations! They have three key qualities: comfort, protection and lightness.
Exceptional durability is provided by the innovative TECHSHELL material, which has a silicone structure woven into its fabric. According to abrasion- and tear-resistance testing, Cordura®, previously regarded as the benchmark, has been surpassed by COFRA’s innovative material. At the same time, the water-repellent uppers are lightweight, flexible and breathable.
The innovative BOA® fastening system add both ease of use and safety. There are no loose laces to catch on anything, and putting the boots on and taking them off is easier than ever. BOA® is robust and secure, and simple to operate: lift the dial to release the cable. Put on the boot, press in the dial and turn it towards the outside of the foot until the boot fits securely. It then stays firmly in place throughout the day: BOA® does not open or loosen by itself while working. Other benefits of BOA® include even tightening and exceptional durability (the steel cable does not break). COFRA provides a BOA® fastening-system warranty for the entire lifetime of the footwear!
Inside, the shoes feature a SANY DRY® 3D lining made from 100% polyester. It is quick-drying, breathable and antibacterial. The abrasion-resistant lining absorbs moisture and wicks it away.
The innovative, pre-shaped, antibacterial MEMORY PLUS ESD insole has low electrical resistance and, thanks to its PU foam, adapts to the shape of the foot. The pleasantly scented insole is antistatic, breathable and moisture-absorbent, helping to keep the foot dry at all times. It is covered with an abrasion-resistant fabric.
The new penetration-resistant APT textile midsole has low electrical resistance and now resists penetration even by nails with a diameter of 3 mm. A strong but lightweight aluminium safety toe cap (200 J) provides further protection.
The low-electrical-resistance PU/TPU outsole is exceptionally light and flexible. An abrasion-resistant leather reinforcement at the heel helps extend the life of the footwear. Nevertheless, safety footwear must not be used as tools: do not kick objects into place, strike them, push large stones aside or place heavy objects on the toe caps. Such use is unsuitable and may quickly damage otherwise durable boots. Safety footwear is not designed for these purposes. Regular cleaning and care also extend its service life.
