COFRA Charger Boa® safety shoes S3 SRC
These water-repellent, exceptionally durable yet lightweight safety shoes have one-piece knitted uppers and are extremely comfortable to wear. Comfort comes from the Memory Plus footbed, which moulds to the shape of the foot, a functional, quick-drying, moisture-wicking lining and the innovative BOA® fastening system. An aluminium safety toe cap and an APT penetration-resistant midsole, which even a nail with a diameter of 3 mm cannot penetrate, provide the best protection. The lightweight, flexible PU/TPU outsole ensures good foot health. Understated black with gold accents creates an elegant combination for professionals who appreciate good taste and quality.
COFRA's new-generation safety shoes exceed even the most demanding worker's expectations! Three key features define them: comfort, protection and lightness.
The uppers are made entirely from durable, water-repellent textile with exceptional abrasion and tear resistance, yet remain flexible, lightweight and breathable.
The shoes have a SANY DRY® 100% polyester 3D lining that dries quickly, is breathable and has antibacterial properties. The abrasion-resistant lining absorbs moisture and transports it away from the foot.
The innovative, pre-shaped, antibacterial MEMORY PLUS footbed adapts to the shape of the foot thanks to its PU foam. Pleasantly scented, it is antistatic, breathable and moisture-absorbent, helping to keep the foot dry at all times. The footbed is covered with abrasion-resistant fabric.
The innovative BOA® fastening system improves both convenience and safety. There are no loose laces that could catch on anything, and putting the shoes on and taking them off is easier than ever. BOA® is robust and secure, and simple to operate: lift the dial to release the cable. Put the shoe on, push the dial in and turn it towards the outside of the foot until the shoe is firmly secured. The shoe then stays securely in place throughout the day: BOA® does not release or loosen by itself during work. Further benefits of BOA® include even tension and outstanding durability (the steel cable does not break). COFRA provides a BOA® fastening-system warranty lasting for the entire lifetime of the footwear!
The new penetration-resistant midsole made from strong APT textile cannot be penetrated even by a nail with a diameter of 3 mm. A strong yet lightweight aluminium safety toe cap (200 J) adds protection. Last width: 11 Mondopoint.
The PU/TPU outsole is exceptionally light and flexible, making every step quicker and more comfortable. TPU reinforcements at the toe and heel help extend the life of the shoes. Nevertheless, it is worth emphasising that work shoes must not be used as tools (for example, for hammering objects into place, kicking or pushing large stones aside, or bearing heavy objects on the toe cap). This is not a sensible use of the footwear and can wear out otherwise durable shoes prematurely. Safety footwear is not designed for such purposes. Regular care and cleaning are also important for extending its service life.
Notice the subtle, well-balanced design of these shoes. Gold is set to become a fashionable colour in occupational safety in the coming years; paired with black, it looks understated yet distinguished and suggests a craftsperson who knows what quality means.
Overall, the shoes look quite minimalist but have a great deal to offer. That is what COFRA does: keeps things simple while delivering substance and functionality.
