Supportive, soft moulded heel

The ergonomic, padded LYCRA® heel improves the stability of the shoe on the foot and enhances comfort.

Water-repellent TechShell uppers

The innovative TechShell material is exceptionally durable and strong, yet flexible and lightweight. Water-repellent (WRU) and breathable TechShell contains highly abrasion-resistant fibres woven directly into the fabric. The toe area, which looks as though it is covered with a rubber-like mesh, has additional reinforcement to improve durability and extend the service life of the footwear.

Shoes with textile uppers are considerably lighter than leather shoes.

Boa® quick fastening system

The Boa® fastening system enhances the shoes’ security, stability, ease of use, durability and safety. There are no longer any loose laces that could get caught on objects.

Boa® has been tested under the most extreme conditions: in water and sand, mud and dust, cold and heat. Putting the shoes on and taking them off is quick and easy. Boa® adjusts the shoes evenly and precisely to your foot and maintains the set tension throughout the working day.

The strong steel cable consists of 49 extremely fine stainless-steel strands covered with a durable nylon coating.

The Boa® dial closure is covered by a warranty for the lifetime of the footwear.

Antibacterial 3D Sany-Dry® lining

Inside the footwear is an antibacterial, breathable SANY DRY® 3D lining. It absorbs and wicks away moisture and offers excellent abrasion resistance.

The Light Foam ESD insole is moulded from exceptionally soft, comfortable polyurethane foam and also has low electrical resistance. Its anatomical shape supports the arch of the foot; it is covered with abrasion-resistant fabric, absorbs moisture and helps keep feet dry.

Outsole with an innovative tread pattern (FO, SR)

The dual-density polyurethane outsoles are slip-resistant (SR) and durable. The footwear outsole is resistant to oils and fuels (FO).

The sole provides good grip on many different surfaces. Its special tread pattern also channels away liquids, reducing the risk of slipping.

Meets safety footwear requirements (EN ISO 20345:2022)

Zero Perforation puncture-resistant (PS) polyethylene midsole is made from innovative PEP material (almost entirely recycled fabric), which provides protection and is also antistatic (A), lighter than before (55% lighter than other textile midsoles), more flexible and softer; its honeycomb structure also delivers exceptional thermal insulation.

COFRA Aerobic safety shoes are also suitable for use in the electronics industry or wherever footwear with low electrical resistance is required (footwear electrical resistance between 0.75 and 100). The insole, puncture-resistant midsole and outsole of these shoes all bear the ESD marking. Also suitable for ATEX environments (Ex).

The 11-mondopoint last width provides added comfort for wider feet, while the lightweight aluminium safety toe cap (200 J) offers effective toe protection.

Complies with EN ISO 20345:2022 and DGUV 112 – 191 (BGR 191): to accommodate the comfort needs of all employees, COFRA has worked with orthopaedic specialists to develop a special insole also suitable for people with foot conditions and associated back discomfort.

Extend the service life of your work shoes!

These shoes are made entirely from durable materials, and additional reinforcements at the heel and toe help extend their service life.

Take good care of your shoes and remember: do not use work shoes as tools (do not hammer or knock objects into place with them, push large or heavy objects, place weights on the safety toe cap, or use them in similar ways); the shoes are not designed for this and such use will quickly damage your valuable premium work shoes.
